Thank you to all the runners and volunteers for making the first Mississippi River Marathon a huge success!
As one of the flattest courses in North America, the Mississippi River Marathon is perfect for both the first time marathoner as well as the Boston qualifier.
Runners will experience circling North America's largest ox-bow lake, passing the location of the first recorded night flight by Charles Lindbergh, proceeding through historic downtown Greenville, and crossing the famous Mississippi River. This will be an unforgettable race day that you'll find yourself coming back to year after year.
In addition to creating an awesome race day experience, the Mississippi River Marathon strives to eliminate educational inequities by providing proceeds to Teach For America, a non-profit organization that recruits and trains exceptional teachers that are creating lasting change in the lives of Delta students.
Support education in the Delta and be a part of this epic event by
registering today for the full or half marathon,
sponsoring or giving in-kind donations, or
volunteering to serve in one of many capacities. With you, we can make a difference.
